NWAICA GOANNA’s

The mixed NWAICA GOANNA’s Touch Team excelled in B Grade, up from C Grade, to win yet another Grand Final.
Playing God eaters in the Final, with Goanna’s winning 12-8, thanks goe out to South Pine Touch Association for their seasons facilities. Thanks for the efforts and support of the officials and management. Also noted, team captains and management.

Presentation (Sunday 14th September 08)

On Sunday 14th of September, we had a presentation for NWAICA GOANNA’s. Uncle George presented the Goanna’s with certificates & medallions. They played touch footy with the community people & had a BBQ that was helped by Dhiiyaan (the Aboriginal church that’s run by Pastor Billy Williams).
After the presentation, James, Greg, Jared and Deon performed the Aboriginal welcome dance.
Hope to see Nwaica Goanna’s back next year.
